  Asked for a deluxe spicy mccrispy with a side of spicy pepper sauce nowhere in there was buffalo sauce ever mentioned and wrong sandwich absolutely terrible service and they know their doing it!

  I had a frustrating experience at McDonald's in Fort Lupton involving the assistant manager, Tim. I was trying to use two valid rewards codes that I have successfully used before, but instead of helping or explaining the policy clearly, Tim made it into a big issue and was not respectful in how he handled the situation. His tone came across as dismissive and condescending, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unnecessary. I understand there are policies in place, and I’m always willing to follow them, but customer service should still be respectful and professional when explaining rules. This situation could have been handled much better with basic courtesy and clear communication. I hope management addresses how customers are treated so this doesn’t happen to others in the future.

  I ordered inside at a kiosk which people usually complain about but I don't. I'm used to waiting for a bit but half an hour for two sandwiches and 4 nuggets is taking it a stretch. A girl was complaining about how long it was taking and some guy who I've seen working here decided to start yelling about how she's just one person and to not listen to them, I'm pretty sure he wasn't on the clock because he was wearing shorts and a wife beater. Then he starts helping with orders while wearing a wife beater. A girl that was with him started to whisper-yell to the girl complaining and got up as well and started working the register. Even after all that it took them forever to work on my order even though the lobby was empty and there was one car in the drive through. I never complain about McDonald's because it's McDonald's but tonight was horrible
