- EDEm DaughertySep 18, 20265.0I've been going to Ye's for years for their poke bowls and milk teas, and this week we tried the Tonkotsu ramen for the first time. It was absolutely incredible! The pork belly was perfectly crisp and the broth was so rich in flavor. We will absolutely be ordering it again and super excited to try the spicy Tonkotsu!
