    I picked up a $50 order for my family's dinner. 2 smoothies and 3 sandwiches. I walked two doors towards my car and the smoothies started coming off the drink holder. I caught one, which then sent smoothie all over me. I walked back to the restaurant and got the most ho-hum reception imaginable. No apology. Not even an "oh no." Just an, coherent. I need to make you a new smoothie." I used up all the napkins in one of the dispensers. The outside of the food bag was a sticky mess as well. So if you go Tropical Smoothie tonight and see a mess in front of Thai Pepper, don't step in it. It's sticky smoothie. And if the to-go shelf is a sticky mess, it's because they didn't even clean that up. Good grief.

    I’ve been to a few different locations, and it’s consistently a solid go-to spot when I’m craving something fresh and quick. Their menu has a great variety of smoothies, and I’m a big fan of the flatbreads they’re perfect if you want a light, satisfying lunch that doesn't feel heavy. The service is usually pretty efficient, and the staff is generally friendly, which makes it easy to grab a healthy-ish meal on the go. It’s definitely become a reliable staple in my routine.

    Are you sensitive to flavors? Do you ever wish you could eat something without tasting it at all? Then this is the place for you! Maybe their smoothies are better? All I tried was the breakfast and wow, this is some seriously bland food. Where is the flavor? Like anything, even pinch of salt or something would be a huge improvement. I've never had sausage that I couldn't taste before. It was a very strange experience. Even the salsa was almost flavorless. I didn't think that was even possible, but somehow they pulled it off. The food wasn't bad quality though. It did seem like it was microwaved before finishing the burrito on the grill. But it still seemed like they used quality eggs and meat to begin with, so that's definitely a plus. Just add some flavor and it will make a massive improvement.

    I went here for lunch today. The two employees were very nice though a small mistake happened and my friend was charged for two smoothies instead of one. This was caught and the employee happily said that they will refund him. They never made two smoothies for him. Though when the manager refunded it she was very rude to the employee and said that it was going to come out of her paycheck. They never made the smoothie or used materials to make the smoothie, from my understanding this is illegal and should be investigated. Stealing money from employees over a small mistake that didn’t even affect the company materials wise is criminal and i will definitely be look further into this suspicious business practice. The two young women who were lovely, though the manager is going to put this company out of business.
