  8 years ago I gave this place a solid review. I had to change that today. The quality here has gone downhill by a lot and now they gave me food poisoning!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place until some drastic changes are made. After talking to a friend who's son works there, he says he's not surprised because food safety and cross contamination isn't taken seriously at this location.

  The blonde lady working this morning before 10 AM. was extremely rude. She wouldn’t inform you about your order or help you at all and when she drops it off, she just throws it on the table and walks away. So disappointed.

  I love Sonic, I am from OK and sonic is my jam. But the sonic on Elizabeth St is so consistently bad, I'm not sure what to do. I continue to go there for now because it is super close to my house, but apparently I'm gonna have to start going across town. Almost every order I get there has a problem. In 4 years, i have never gotten a bun that is soft or warm. In particular the top buns, are as dry and cold as the tundra. My hot fudge sundae today was soup, nothing solid at all. I ordered it without a cherry or whip cream, came with whip, red spot where cherry was removed. I could go on and on. I have even contacted corporate multiple times. "Sorry, call that store". Done that so many times. "Sorry, come back we'll fix it" I dont want to go back every time, while my tots, or whatever get cold waiting for the replacement. Part of it seems to be tha app, but most just seems to be lack of training and attention to detail. I grew up in OK, i know what a good sonic tastes like, this is not it.
