My roommate and my roommate were sick all night long. Thanks for the food poisoning. I will never make a return visit to any location now.

They were too busy talking in the back to answer us, the people behind us in line, or the phone that rang multiple times. The couple behind us was a pick up order that was sitting cold on the counter, no heat, since before we came in. Absolute trash service.

Lettuce was wilted black and slimy, they left the paper from the cheese slice on my burger. In the same picture of the burger with the paper, that is not spring lettuce, that is just slimy black lettuce. When I went to pick up the order, the restaurant had only one table and the waiter was sitting with another employee(or customer) at a table for a few minutes before ringing up my order. When I got home and realized the issue, I called them but they never picked up. I emailed them a month ago and they never responded.
