- NMNina MillerJun 23, 20261.0Very frustrated with their curbside order ahead program. I received notice some of my items were substituted. I tried to change them to products I actually wanted to which the system pushed my order through with zero substitutions. I called the phone number to which I was told I was too slow and should have been faster to change my order. I then used the chat box to speak to an agent who said I needed to call the store (even though I explained that I already did that). No one at all will help. They keep passing the buck to other departments or telling the customer they are the one at fault. Extremely disappointed.

Yesterday I grabbed the bag of Sweet Apple Slices from produce without making sure to check the Best Buy date because I was in a rush. Today I noticed it was Use By June 3rd!!! Today is June 17th!!! Tried to call the store and the automated system doesn't recognize any number you press and you end up in the automated message loop from hell.
