The only thing I didn't like was it was a bit noisy and crowded/not easy to move around but otherwise everything was great!

Despite The Rio being listed as wheelchair accessible and the Agave Room boasting of fully inclusive events, the only way into the Agave Room is via 2 flights of stairs. They have a chair lift, picture something that you'd expect in an elderly family member's house, but if you are a full-time wheelchair user, you must be able to transfer yourself into the chair lift and have a wheelchair that can be carried up 2 flights of steps. Not sure if the contraption is even working because this wasn't an option for us. It's a historic building, so maybe this poor attempt is the best they could do, but they should at least be up front about it on their website. The space was beautiful, but only if you can get into it. The hostesses were neither friendly, sympathetic, or helpful asking about how to get into the room. The staircase was also caked in dust and a few of the spindles needed repair.
