  From the moment we sat down we felt like we were being rushed through the entire experience. To the point, I asked our waitress how many times they turned a table on a Normal night and she answered very honestly 4 or 5 at least! I totally believe it. It wasn't just our table - we observed the tables around us. From the reviews we read, we were excited to make it our first dinner in Ft Collins, so we were rather disappointed by the entire event. The food was ok but certainly not inspiring or near the best dinner we even had in Ft Collins that week. My girlfriend had a salad which had so many onions she literally made a pile on the side plate. The place was definitely in churn and burn mode - felt like we were in one of those Disney character dinners.

  Alyssa was our server this evening. She is new there and even though the service took a little extra as she is still learning... Her polite attitude and personality, and her service made up for it 100 percent. We appreciated her so much! The food was amazing! Made my birthday that much more special! Thank you!

  Absolutely incredible food, wonderful service and an incredible atmosphere eating outside. My wife declared it her favorite restaurant in Colorado! I learned that you can order half portions of most of their pasta options and it is worth doing so you can get multiple entrees because everything they have is delicious and worth trying!

  Wow! What an incredible experience we had! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the hostess and promptly shown to our table. Even before we had taken our first bite, I had a feeling we were in for something special—the wonderful aromas filling the restaurant immediately set the tone for the evening. Josiah was our server, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our experience was perfect. One of my biggest pet peeves when dining out is having an empty water glass or waiting forever for a drink refill, but that was never an issue here. Josiah was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, and our drinks never even came close to running low. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the menu and did a fantastic job helping us choose some truly amazing dishes. And let’s talk about the bread and oil! The bread was incredibly soft and delicious, and the salted butter that came with it was the perfect touch. Absolute chef’s kiss! 🤌 The atmosphere made it so easy to sit back, relax, and enjoy the evening without ever feeling rushed. For a few hours, we genuinely felt like we had been transported to Italy. The arancini was bomb! So flavorful! My wife and I shared the lasagna, and you could truly taste the care and love that went into every bite. It was absolutely delicious and easily a 10/10! Then came the tiramisu—It was honestly some of the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. Light, creamy, and absolutely delicious, it was the perfect way to finish an already incredible meal. It was also a nice size for sharing, although I definitely wouldn’t have complained about having one all to myself! They also have an amazing wine selection, along with great non-alcoholic options, so there really is something for everyone. From the cozy atmosphere and incredible food to the genuine hospitality and exceptional service, this place has everything you want in a dining experience. Josiah, you were absolutely wonderful! Thank you for taking us on our own little tour of Italy for the evening and giving us an experience we won’t forget. 🇮🇹❤️ We had such a wonderful time and genuinely can’t wait to come back! :)

  My husband and I loved this place and will come back the next time that we are in Fort Collins! Appetizers- I had the onion dip and my husband had the calamari. I loved that the onion dip had lots of flavor besides just onions. Dinner- I had the vegan eggplant parm and I could have eaten a few more of them because that’s how good it was lol. My husband had 2 pastas, a half portion of each and enjoyed both. We were too full to have dessert. 😂
