Food, drinks, and service was excellent! Our server, Peyton was a gem. Real, not robotic or fake. The bussers were on top of every empty dish, and we were super pleased (which I think is rare eating out anymore!). Will be back!

What an absolutely amazing experience. We were able to get a table outside right on the corner, with a great view of Old Town, and the weather could not have been more perfect.
Our waiter was amazing and really helped make the entire evening something special. The food was top-notch from beginning to end. There honestly wasn’t a single thing I could say about the experience other than it was pretty much perfection.
If you’re in Fort Collins and looking for a truly great meal, this is absolutely the place to go. In fact, I’d put it up there with some of the best dining experiences anywhere in Colorado. Highly recommend.

Arancini are mostly cheese balls which was disappointing. Waitress brought a white wine glass for red wine. When I asked for a red wine glass she went and checked with the bar tender who insisted it was a red wine glass. Another server went by in the background with a real red wine glass. So I drank $150 red wine out of a skinny white wine glass. The bone in steak comes cut off the bone (for an extra 20 dollars). And my medium rare ordered steak was cooked rare. Overall fairly disappointing and won’t be going back

If you love Authentic Italian food then this is the Restaurant for you. From the outset Lindy our server was an incredible resource & was able to make sure the Chef could accomodate 2 of our group's diatary restrictions. All 6 of us had a different dish including pasta, sea food & steaks. I had the Ragu & it was amazing. My wife had Shrimp Rigatoni and she loved it. 3 of our clan had a steak & each was diferent but each of them were full of flavor & incredibly tender. My grandson devoured the Alaskan Halibut too. If you have room for desert the Cheese Cake was fluffy full of flavor. The Tiramisu was top notch as well. Over the past 50 years I've eaten in Restaurants from New York to LA & From Minot, North Dakota to South Texas & in every other US State. This place is very high on my list of outstanding restaurants. The only negative comment would be it's a bit noisy but you can still carry on a conversation & the place was packed on a Saturday night. Highly recommend RARE but reservations are suggested.

OMG Great. That there are still high-quality restaurants like RARE is an absolute pleasure when many others in the business are so disappointing. RARE does it right. Customer-focused. Highest ingredients. Well-trained pleasant friendly staff. Kudos to our server tonight, Anna. Outstanding. My wife and I celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary and RARE and Anna made the event special. We started with the stuffed Arancini and Calamari apps, followed by two plates of dry-aged delicious ribeye steaks. Mine was medium and my wife's was medium rare. Perfectly cooked. The steaks came with a potato puree and a glazed carrot.
We were also served a focaccia-like bread with yummy whipped light airy butter. We caught the happy hour so our wines and apps were wallet-friendly. For dessert we shared a turtle cheesecake. Almost mousse-like. Light and savory. My espresso was spot-on, not bitter. All in all a great experience that didn't break the bank. Pics attached.
