  I ordered on the app and had to wait more than 10 minutes for a burger, chicken nuggets and 3 cookies and a drink that wasn’t even filled. I worked in food so I understand there’s a bit of a wait, but staff was rude and ignored me and another woman while they were chit chatting at the bagging station.

  If I could I would give negative stars. Every time I come here they mess up our order. I sit at the window or have to comeback multiple times. No apologies just a disgusting look at me as I insist on them making my order correct. I’m sure if the staff actually spoke English it would probably help. After reading these comments I want to verify that they are all correct and you should not invest any of your hard earned dollars here. You should really think about new management. I work at a business nearby but will drive to a different location to get my food from now on.

  Every time I get food here I’m told to pull forward no matter what I get, and today I had to sit behind multiple cars who were never told pull forward, even though their food took long to make . Then I’m told they messed up my order and now I have to pull forward and 3 cars behind me got their food before me. Learn to prioritize customers who ordered first.

  Just came through for a sweet tea which tastes like chemicals and 2 ranch snack wraps that had ranch all over the outside of tortilla and I’m pretty sure the chicken was raw. Never coming here again.

  Brought my kids here after soccer practice for some ice cream and there service was horrible from taking my order on drive thru to receiving my food she was upset when she gave me my food, I tried to be friendly and ask about her day and she ignored me and shut the door then I had to wave her down and let her know they charged me and gave me the wrong size of ice cream and she went off in Spanish called the manager and the manager complained about me asking them to give me what I asked for and said for her to just give me the difference of money so I can get lost all this in Spanish thinking I don’t speak the language but I do and i understood everything that was said and coming from a manager the person I charged of making sure everyone is happy and taking care of being a problem solver she was completely out of line and I will never come back here!
