We had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this McDonald’s on Saturday morning. I ordered our breakfast ahead through the app, including a HOT caramel macchiato. When we arrived, our order was confirmed, but at the window we were handed a cold/iced drink instead. My husband immediately told the employee, “No, we ordered it hot.” There was a significant language barrier because the employee working the window did not appear to understand or speak English well enough for us to communicate about the incorrect order. Eventually, she told us to pull forward, so we reasonably assumed she understood the issue and that the correct drink was being made. We then sat there for approximately 20–25 minutes. No drink. No employee came out. No explanation or update. My husband finally went inside. When he walked in, the same employee from the window made eye contact with him and appeared to know exactly why he was there. He then spent roughly another 10 minutes trying to get someone to address the situation before finally speaking with a manager. The manager apologized and spoke with the employee, then asked her to apologize to my husband. Her apology came across as blatantly sarcastic and insincere, accompanied by an extremely unfriendly look and attitude. At that point, this was no longer simply a language barrier or an accidentally incorrect drink—it was a customer-service issue. Mistakes happen. Language barriers happen. Neither of those is what warrants this review. What is unacceptable is directing customers to pull forward to have an incorrect item fixed, apparently never making the replacement, leaving them waiting 20–25 minutes without an explanation, making them come inside to get something they already paid for, and then responding with hostility when they ask for the situation to be corrected. The manager gave my husband an apple pie, but after 30+ minutes of this and the way he was treated, an apple pie and a sarcastic apology hardly resolved the situation. I sincerely hope management reviews what happened and addresses it with the employee involved. Customers should be able to communicate an order problem and receive what they paid for without being ignored or treated disrespectfully.

Had the drive thru attendant on 8/8 at 3:40 get snippy with me and roll his when I asked him where I should pull forward to because I wasn't sure where to pull up to. After that I realized when I got home they put onions on my burger when I asked for no onions because of my food allergies. It looked like they attempted to scrape some of them off instead of making a new mcdouble. So I threw it away. You guys are rude and you suck. Thanks for wasting my money

I placed an online order and waited for 30 minutes for the curbside delivery. After making it all the way home, they forgot the patty for my chicken sandwich. I'm frustrated because I had to drive all the way back and didn't get offered any sort of compensation. I try to give grace, but when I waited that long, received cold fries, and didn't even get my burger 😭 I wouldn't recommend this location
