  The food was outstanding, and the quality of each of the dishes was truly second to none, what stood out the most was our server Dannie, he went above and beyond to make the night incredibly special for my family and this restaurant is lucky to have him!

  I've been to Madre Cocina y Lounge about 2 to 3 times now. It's by far the best hispanic food I've ever had. They offer an array of unique food options and craft cocktails that are exquisite. The seafood options seem to change with what's in season but that's no problem. I have missed their oysters since I first went and had dinner here. Also, their bourbon drink with absinthe with an added touch of paper incense being lit is divine. This last time I had dinner I had the mahi mahi ceviche and duck carnitas tacos.

  Before going to sleep, I wanted to share my experience. It was sensational! The restaurant is lovely and the service was very friendly, but what I liked most was the food. I ordered a fish ceviche tostada as an appetizer, and it was fabulous—I practically licked the plate clean. For the main course, I ordered a cut of meat called the "Vaquero" (I think), served with delicious beans and a fabulous creamed corn. I usually don't like corn because it tastes sweet, but the flavor of the creamed corn was amazing. My goodness, though—the real highlight was the flavor of the meat; I enjoyed it so much. Yatzi, my server, was attentive the whole time and very friendly. The prices are higher than what one is usually used to around here; I ordered two drinks, an appetizer, and a main course, and the bill came to just over $100, but I paid it happily, because I'm worth it—that and more. I don't understand people who complain about prices. When I can't afford to eat out at a restaurant, I don't go; I cook at home. But when I feel like dining at a good restaurant like this one, I go out and treat myself. So, I’ll definitely be back next week.

  Nice upscale restaurant. We meet our daughter, her fiancé and our son here for a late lunch Ambience, service, food & drinks were all on point. We ordered the Tostada De Ceviche which was nice to share. The drinks are a great complement to the food. The Madre Margarita & Bonita Mezcal drinks were popular at our table I had the grilled octopus, my wife the empanadas, our son ordered taco were the highlights although everyone enjoyed their food

  Walked in and got sat immediately, our server was very kind. Started with an appetizer of ceviche which was off the charts. The guacamole and tuna was one of the best combos I have ever had. We decided on tacos, at first we thought you would get multiple tacos for the price, however it’s one taco per order. This didn’t matter because the tacos were very filling. I believe they are worth the price. When it came out it was so fresh and very delicious. This was our first visit to Fort Collins and we will definitely be back again, even if it was just to eat at the restaurant!
