  We ordered lunch from here for the first time in a while. I got an unwich and my husband got a favorite. Both of our sandwiches were incredibly light on the lunch meat and both were missing several of the veggies we asked for. So much so, we had to add our own lunch meat upon delivery. At $11 a sandwich I figured it would be worth a call to see if something could be done to make it right. The gentleman I talked to on the phone immediately apologized and offered to remake the sandwiches or refund us. I love Jimmy John’s and even though things weren’t right this time, I really appreciate the good customer service. We’ll be back again soon. Thank you Jimmy John’s!

  Fast, friendly service. We placed an order online and they got everything right. Giving three stars because why are two regular sandwiches with cheese and chips (no drinks) $35??? This is outrageous pricing, should the ingredients be organic I could understand, but they are not.

  I just want to say thank you to the staff working this afternoon. My service dog alerted me my blood sugar was low and they helped me the second I walked in the door. Amazing service, amazing staff!!
