  I went into this location and order a sandwich meal with pasta salad. I made it all the way home before realizing the pasta salad wasn't in the bag. The store was closing within 5 minutes by the time I realized, so I called and the employee just said oh ya come back and get it. I had to waste my gas and time due to their lack of attention to detail. They said sorry, but in this economy, a sorry isn't enough. It's sad that I have to write this, but I was the ONLY person in the store. There is no excuse for this miss. UPDATE: I just started to eat my sandwich and the employees forgot the cheese on my sandwich. This was the worst Jimmy John's experience i have ever had. Don't waste your time with this location, the staff is useless. I wish I could rate it 0 stars.
