    I was in a hurry. The line was empty except one car in front of me. The girl could not stop chatting it up with that person. Finally as it was my turn, she stopped and asked for me to wait so that the team could do a ‘caffeine shot together’ Can’t you just do that when you don’t have a line of cars waiting on you? I’m in a hurry and I just wanted a small drink to hit the road. Very rude. There’s no amount of good attitude to excuse the fact that you’re wasting my time (:

    I had ordered a drink that came with strawberry boba, and had added mango but only got mango in my drink. I had also removed the banana flavor but my drink still had banana in it.

    Wanted a 16oz hot American with 4 shots. Girl tried to place an order for an iced American 3 times despite me correcting her repeatedly. Ended up recieving a 12oz americano that they put cold water in with no extra shots. Why would a small americano with extra shots cost more than a large one with the same total number of shots in the first place?
