  Horrible service the drive-through was not even busy. Maybe they were shortstaffed. I don’t really care. I won’t be back. It’s a drive-through. It’s not a place to sit and talk about how your freaking day was with customers literally sat and watched this girl. Talk to the car in front of me for five minutes. The customer ordered like two iced coffees to drive-through. It’s for efficiency not chitchat.

  The vibe alone is different from most drive-thrus. You pull up and it already feels like someone’s about to make your day better. The music is usually up, the energy is high, and the people working there genuinely seem like they enjoy what they’re doing. It’s quick, it’s upbeat, and there’s always that little moment where you feel like you’re part of something more than just a caffeine stop. My go-to lately has been the iced sugar-free Golden Eagle and honestly, it’s one of the best coffee drinks I’ve had anywhere. It’s smooth, rich, and still has that sweet, almost caramel-vanilla flavor without being overpowering or loaded with sugar. The balance is dialed in perfectly. It’s the kind of drink that hits whether you’re heading into a long workday, driving out to the mountains, or just trying to stay alert and enjoy the moment. What I really like about it is that it doesn’t feel “diet” or like something is missing just because it’s sugar-free. It still tastes like a treat. And iced just makes it even better, especially on a warm Colorado day when you’re out and about. The whole Dutch Bros culture is part of why I keep going back. It’s not just coffee, it’s interaction. There’s always a quick conversation, a joke, a smile, sometimes even a little encouragement that sticks with you longer than expected. It’s fast, but it doesn’t feel rushed in a cold way, it feels intentional, like they actually care about the people pulling through. If I’m being honest, Dutch Bros has kind of become my “safe bet” coffee stop. When I don’t want to overthink it or risk a bad order somewhere else, I know I can pull in, grab that iced Golden Eagle, and it’s going to hit exactly right every time. At this point, it’s just one of those places I’ll keep coming back to, not just for the coffee, but for the consistency, the energy, and the way it somehow makes a normal stop in the day feel a little more alive.

  I wish Dutch Bros offered more food items. While the muffin tops are delicious, they aren't very filling for someone who's there working for several hours.

  I ordered online and the picture didn’t match up with my drink and I said it was not a problem but they insisted on making me a new drink, letting me keep the original, and adding a free drink to my account! 10/10 service
