- BHBreanna Hernandez6 days ago1.0Dishes piled up, only 4 people working with line almost out the door, 20 minute wait then when finally time to order am told out of basic ingredients. The crew was young and overwhelmed, felt bad for them. Needs better management.
- TKTori Kehl6 days ago1.0This Chipotle is always slow and they always run out of food. Today they were out of rice with 3 people there and ran out of steak while serving 2. One person was manning the bar, one person sat at the register, and 3 people talked while a line formed. Only one person could order at a time and it took 30 minutes to get two burritos from the front of the line. The food containers are placed all over the back kitchen and the running nose of the girl behind the counter absolutely touched my food. Tried to call the general manager but it’s just the store line. Will not be giving them a chance again. God speed to the other 5 still in line, may the sun not set before their order is fulfilled.

Friendliness. This is a new store and the employees are not doing what's required of them. Added an upcharge for a sauce I requested. Is there any management at this store supervising their employees? Jersey Mike's next door hands down has a more focused and talented team that cares about their customers. I don't plan on coming back to this store...

I had to buy food from a vending machine at work so i could have a complete lunch. You also have a line 10 people and only 1 person making orders. Not worth the money all around. Go to Qdoba or medical grill. You'll get more food where can at least call it lunch.
