Now, corporate Chipotle is another matter - you gotta figure out your customer service flow -yikes! “Pepper” isn’t cutting it.

DO NOT MAKE AN ORDER ON THE APP. I made an order through the app and wanted to change the pickup time several hours in advance. I couldn't do that, and when I tried using the chat bot, it was completely unhelpful. I called customer service and the representative was polite but told me I could not change the pick up time, and I COULD NOT CANCEL MY ORDER. What is this company thinking? I understand if it's within a certain time window of picking up, but again, this was hours in advance. The rep submitted a refund request and I got an email days later saying my request had been denied. The. Worst. Corporate. Customer. Experience. Ever. If you eat here, don't order online.
