I really hate to rate this place poorly. I think they are the best itialian chain resturant and I really love their food. And I will say that when you go there it is great. However, we have ordered from here several times, sometimes from grunhub, doordash, or pickup. And every time they screw something up. We've been missing salads, the herbs and bread, sauces, etc. But this time really annoyed me. We ordered on doordash and one of the meals we ordered was the Johnny Trio, which comes with the chicken Bryan, Sirloin Marsala and mezzaluna (pasta). When it arrived the Sirloin had no marsala on it or on the side and there was no chicken Bryan at all. I called the resturant and an employee told me thay I ordered the "Johnny Sirloin, which is a diffrent meal." That surprised me, so I didn't argue, I put him on speaker, pulled open the doordash app and checked the order. No it was the Johnny Trio, and I checked it said that it comes with Chicken Bryan. I told him that, he said, "it was rung up as Johnny Sirloin." I told him I was looking at the app, he said its the Johnny Sirloin. I didnt know what to do, because they clearly didnt want to admit fault, so I hung up. Like I said, they are great in person, but they cant get an order right. This had to be at least the 5th straight order in 2-3 years that has been messed up. Our family loves this place and we've been coming here since I grew up in Fort collins in the 90s, but my parents are getting old and dont go out much anymore, so we pretty much just cant order from here, which means we probably won't be going back.

Food was good our server was attentive until we finished eating. We then got rushed out claiming their service was picking up. We occupied the restaurant for an 1 hour and 20 minutes. That is with ordering, waiting and eating. We are paying customers just as well as any other guest that goes in there. Sadly I dont remember the waitresses name but it doesnt matter, I definitely wont be going back there again! Atleast at Olive Garden when you are there you are family!

Falling off a cliff fast these passed few years. Always understaffed and flip a coin if the food is ready in under 45min. If you order online know that they never provide plasticware or napkins standard you must ask.

We went here to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The prices are too high for the food quality and ridiculously long wait times. Many dishes were forgotten and guests of our party were left eating off our plates because they were not receiving their meal. We will not be returning. The restaurant was very slow and there was no reason we ended up waiting over an hour and a half for our food.

We used to love this place. Not now. The bread was not good and dry. Tonight I ordered the NEW! Filet and Shrimp Toscano and it was terrible. The huge amount of pasta on the plate was cold and looked like it had been on the plate way before I ordered. It was dry and in a clump. The cream sauce was not tossed with the pasta. It was just poured on the side of the plate and also cold. The 4 shrimp were almost cooked. The 5 little slices of steak were the best part of the plate. The steak was hot and seemed cooked as ordered. I told the server that I could take this entire plate home and make it better. I paid $25.00 for this. I pretty sure I will never go back. My husband ordered a rib eye. He said it was good, but the broccoli was under cooked and the pasta side dish was cold and overcooked. Please do better Carrabba’s. We sat in a booth and the vinyl was torn, so we had to wiggle around not to get our legs stuck in the tear. Roan , our server was amazing and I commend him for working there.
