My friend and I came into carrabbas last night and had the most wonderful experience! the service and food was incredible! the bartender, Brendan, provided us with an experience; not just dinner. he was attentive, knowledgeable, and knows what it means to be hospitable. when our entrees arrived, my friend did not like the side she got with her chicken Marsala (despite it tasting fine and being what she ordered), she didn’t like it, the manager, Grant, was kind and did not hesitate to ask her whatever else she wanted, and when she ordered it, it was made immediately and brought over to us on the house. you just don’t find that kind of attentiveness and hospitality at large chains anymore, especially with such good food. We will be coming back

This Carrabbas here in Ft Collins was so cold that wearing winter coats wouldn't be warm enough. Our noses were running and we were running for the door. My Raynauds in my hands was starting to act up and I don't have it! So, we were coming back to Carrabbas as our last experience was horrible and the owner gave us Pronzos to redeem themselves. Guess what? Never going back again. And I LOVED Carrabbas! But now I know why it was empty. I think they're going down. Rowan the waiter couldn't seem to handle 3 tables and got flustered and upset with me asking for olive oil. He also messed up my salad, it looked awful. And didn't taste right either. I ordered their house salad without any protein but it came out piled with chicken. 10 minutes later the same salad came out just tossed with tons more dressing and cabbage. It was a cabbage salad, $21.00 of inedible mushy cabbage in a bowl with this fishy dressing. We were both frozen. Nobody wanted to sit in the one area because it was subzero we were actually laughing at people's reactions. It was another horrible experience. So disappointed about one of my favorites. I really looked forward to it.

Things sure have gone downhill since we were here last. When we arrived it took forever for someone to greet us and there were only a few customers in there. They are completely understaffed. Then it took forever to get our drinks and food. When we got our bread and dipping sauce we were so disappointed. The dipping sauce was basically a dish of olive oil with barely any seasoning in it. My entree had starchy, overcooked pasta in a sticky clump. Barely any sauce. Very overpriced for the quality. We definitely won’t be back.

We arrived a bit late, 30 minutes before closing and the staff was amazing and the food was delicious. Grace was patient and understanding with our special needs daughter and the manager Grant went above and beyond. We will be back soon and will try to be earlier next time!!

Did an online order., said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in about 25 minutes, they said maybe another 4-5 minutes- no problem. 15 minutes later I asked again they said they ran out of meatballs (they just opened), it would another 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I asked again and they said there must have been a mix up? I asked to speak with the manager. It about 10 minutes for her to come out. She was very nice but had no clue what was going on. By this time it was close to an hour of waiting. They had not even started my order. When I finally got it, the spaghetti (family pack) the noodles were mush, hardly any sauce on it and the salad was full of old, discolored lettuce. I asked for parmesan for the spaghetti, which I didn't get. We had been coming here for over 2 decades. So disappointed, and sadly will probably not come back.
