  As someone who dashes occasionally and has worked in fast food before, I don’t like bothering employees, but some employees make you have to. The employees at this store act like there aren’t any Dashers waiting to be helped. I stood in the area that says PICK UP, and everyone just kept going about their business, completely ignoring me. I waited about 5 minutes, then another Dasher walked in, went straight to the register, got their attention, and was helped before me while I continued to be ignored. I finally had to say, “Excuse me,” and ask where the pickup area actually was. The girl with the pink hair gave me a nasty look and continued to ignore me, while the other employee just looked confused. Eventually, they handed me the order. I shouldn’t have to ask to be acknowledged after standing in the designated pickup area for several minutes. A simple “We’ll be right with you” would have been enough. Good customer service should extend to everyone who walks through the door, whether they’re customers or Dashers. And that’s not even mentioning that the store feels like an OVEN with how hot it is inside.

  All of our subs we ordered hardly any meat on them at all, not worth the price at all.

  Ordered online two protein sandwiches. One of them is missing ham, cheese, and barely has any turkey. The other one has a single slice of turkey. Very disappointed.

  This is my first review on Google ever. They closed an hour early. I ordered food at 9:20pm on a Saturday night and I went to the store at 9:30pm and they were closed. On the website they said they close at 10pm but they must've closed an hour plus early. Absolutely atrocious and unacceptable to close literally an hour plus early. I hope the owners do something about the night weekend crew on the night of March 21 2026.
