    This location needs to learn how to mult task. Six workers and they all are completely ignoring all customers in the lobby. Prioritizing drive thru only. We stood in line behind 3 other people for 16 minutes. Nobody acknowledged us. Nobody greeted us and nobody could even tell us we will be right with you. In fact they made sure to have zero eye contact if possible. We literally stood there watching other customers ice cream just melting. This location needs some LEADERSHIP. I asked about a supervisor and the kid just rambled about he agreed something should change. This is my second time here waiting close to 20 minutes for ice cream. P.S. We only visited this location because we had to, we were in town to visit family or else we would probably go somewhere else. Fun fact I read all the other reviews recently and all the DQ management or owner will tell me is I hope you give us another chance. My advice is take your customers input and make a change. Split your team members into two one group work on lobby orders and one group work on drive thru orders and one floating staff to go back an forth to assist.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the girl named Tess. Her “customer service” was very unprofessional her attitude stinks, If you don’t like your job, don’t work somewhere with family customers.

    Unfortunately had a second bad experience here. I frequent this DQ often and always use the Mobile app but the last three times I come in before my order is supposed to be done just to walk in and see it on the counter melting for 15-20 min while I wait patiently. The same employee everytime now. I end up leaving just to be a nice human and go home to eat my chocolate soup in peace. After 12 years of going here I think enough is enough. Ordered tonight and was supposed to pick up at 9:12pm and didn't walk out until 9:26pm. If the owner sees this Today is June 18th. Make this DQ great again.

    if I could give the experience I had tonight less than 1 star, I would. I came through the drive thru where there were only 2 cars in front of me. the only greeting consisted of asking me if I was scanning the app in which I had said no, thank you. she then asked me what I wanted and I had asked for an off menu item which I had gotten at the same location about a week prior. She told me that they didn’t offer that item at this location and I went on to explain that the same location had made it for me previously, not long ago. someone else then came on the speaker and he told me that they were “too busy to make it” and “it’s a pain in the butt to make.” if they had asked me to come in and wait or even pull thru and wait until they had a chance to make it, I would’ve totally understood. I have worked in customer service for several years and the majority of that in the food/coffee industry. if I had made a statement like what was said to me tonight, I would have been fired. I ended up backing out of the drive thru as there still were no cars behind me.
