  I use to love going here. Now its a mess. The drinks arent made right they take forever. A bunch of kids just standing around. Every time I go I get skipped and end up waiting more than 10 minutes. The order ahead option is worthless when its takes them forever just to walk up to your car. This location has definetly gone down hill.

  They don't have a proper menu, it does pop up on their screen for two seconds,but you'll need to wait a whole minute to look for another two seconds. As you drive up to the window, there is a sign on the ground with the menu, but the font was microscopic. This was our first time at 7brew, and when we were waiting at the window, we still had no clue what they offered, we learned afterwards that their menu is on their website, but I can only imagine what my grandma would do in that situation. Forcing your customers only menu be their own phone, is terrible Business for example; 1. Makes lines slower because the customers attention is on their phone instead of in front of them. 2. Doesn't account for the elderly, or those without knowledge of the Internet, or those with flip phones, 3. Puts the responsibility of the menu fully on the customer, wether their phone operates fully, and is charged. The drinks were good. 👍🏻

  Amazing experience at 7 Brew Coffee in Longmont! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Arabia made our first visit extra special by giving us free drinks since we were visiting from New York, and even gave us stickers to take home as souvenirs. The coffee was amazing, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Longmont!

  Not one to complain but received a very diluted americano from this location and can’t call cause no direct number and can’t go back due to waiting entirely to long with only 4 people ahead and have somewhere to be. The incompetence is upsetting, asked 3 times if it was what I ordered and gal was walking car to car asking if people ordered this drink they did not know where it belonged. I have been here multiple times already as it’s closer than firestone and never had problems but today was rough to say the least.

  Used the app and ordered ahead though I don't see the point. You can't select a pick up time or pay through the app. When I arrived I still waited in a very long line at a double drive-through. When I finally get to the window my order is still not ready. Drinks were not labeled and I miss the option of a sip top lid like I'm used to. We had 3 dogs with us, which they acknowledged and came to pet...but never offered a pup cup or treat, which every coffee shop I've ever been to offers. Fast forward to flavor...nothing special even though they are marked as signature flavors. I compared mine specifically to an iced coffee with vanilla creamer from a convienice store. Overall, we won't go back. 5 other coffee shops nearby are far better and more convient. Sorry, I really wanted to love it. Biggest suggestion for improvement is at least make one of the two lanes a pick up only lane.
