  I came to this sonic because we were passing town and my siblings were hungry. The person taking my order had no costumer service and charged me twice for the same order. I work at a sonic and I know that the system usually doesn't do that but it happened to me! And when I call the next morning telling the associate manager what happend he basically called me a liar and told me to come in and show him my bank statement to get a refund after I deliberately told him I lived 2 hours away.

  Came with some friends, they each ordered, but took forever. My time to order came, i waited approx. 20 minutes, nothing. i see a car pull into the order thing and the second they press it they got their order taken, at that point i figured i’d take my business elsewhere. Ridiculous. i’m not even mad at the time it took, i get it, i’ve worked food before, but taking 3 other orders before me while i was there first, it’s just not right, maybe next time.

  La comida rápido es buena..pero el servicio no..2 veces van que pido y me dejan esperando una vez me sali..la otra llego y me dijo la del servicio que se le olvidó la orden

  Soooooo today was a very disappointing day. I went to this location on lunch and the teenagers "sounded like teenagers because adults would know what customer service is" attempted to order food, employee could not hear me so I started to talk louder assuming mic and headphones had an issue. Employee told me not to yell at him and disconnected mic. I waited 15 minutes and asked multiple times if they were still there and no answer, with a line behind me they did not care about customer service at all. I did not know SONIC would hire people with no customer service. I guess thats the new 2026 policy for sonic. As I left the area and pass by the window the employees were in the back eating and smiling. You can look at the cameras and 100% they didnt care about losing a customer.

  What happened to all the drive-in kiosks? Why are there only 6 in the whole lot? Went through the drive-thru instead and the menu board is so low that the speaker box almost covers the whole thing and I have to lean around the box to see anything. The only upside was that the food was made quickly.
