Was here at 6:00 and the boys working the afternoon shift move really slow like if they’re high or maybe short staffed , seen one outside talking to someone but maybe his break. Took more then 20+min to get 3 things

Good thing I looked first when the sundae seemed to take a few minutes longer than it should have. That's a black hair in my hot fudge sundae. No idea what the yellow liquid at the bottom is. My burger looked every bit as bad as the one in the other guys pic. I had to ask for my card back as well and as I did it was like the kid produced it from his sleeve. This was a couple weeks ago and after seeing all the negative reviews about this location I decided to add mine. I'll never eat at this particular sonic location again.

SONIC IN FEDERAL HEIGHTS… WE NEED TO TALK 😭💀 FIRST OF ALL the chicken smelled like it had been sitting next to a dog’s backyard all day 💀 The food tasted old, stanky, and straight-up like booty. I don’t know what happened in that kitchen, but somebody needs to check that immediately. I get it, everybody has their rainy days…but it was raining outside, NOT inside.😆🌧️I’ve eaten at plenty of Sonics, but this was easily one of the most disgusting experiences I’ve ever had🤮Federal Heights Sonic… what the hell was going on tonight? Last review I posted hit 50,000+ views, so let’s see if y’all can explain this one to me. 😂

Not sure whats up with this Place but they never add any of the Add Ons/Extra's to your drinks. They also rarely add fruit to it even when requested
