  When a guest walks in they should be greeted. I was not. The girl decided to go help on online order, which is fine, but they should at least acknowledge the customer, and say “ ill be right with you”. After she helped the online order, she proceeded to finish cleaning the area where the bowls go. No communication, and honestly terrible customer service. I had to just hold it in, but thats pretty terrible. Then the protein was skimped about half a spoonful of chicken. Pretty disappointing since this chipotle is more convenient, but i will be going to other locations because that is absurd, and ive been in customer service for more than ten years. That was bad. Hopefully there is better training and better enforcement from management. There was still two hours till close so the customers should still be the priority over the cleaning. However in this case, it was not. I love writing good reviews and hate when i feel like i have to write ones that are critical, but honestly certain aspects of service should be prioritized.

  Food is mediocre and not fresh in my opinion. Chips were stale and not fresh like a few days old it seemed. Floors were sticky throughout the restaurant. Got to the car only to find that the chips were not put in the bag by the same person who took my order, good thing I checked and went back in to get what she forgot. Was not satisfied at all with the taste of the food when I got home.

  I have been having lunch here 3 times per week for the last year, apparently the margins are so thin they need to water down the tea now. They have gone from the best tea to the worst..and los t my business as if they care.

  This honestly the worst chipotle I have ever been to in my life and I have gone to it a couple times the staff is terrible every time

  Shocked at what I just witnessed at 7:15pm at this Chipotle location. Tall Hispanic male washed his hands and had soap all over his arm that he didn't finish rinsing or Wiping off. He proceeded to walk over to the chicken on the grill and season it with whatever seasoning he had and flung soap all over the chicken!! I asked for a manager and the Caucasian manager with glasses, and a nose ring just stood back by the grill, didn't even come to the front to speak with me.. I proceeded to tell him what I just witnessed and all he said was "sorry" and proceeded to go back to cooking the chicken that had soup all over it! The negligence of the employee and manager is diabolical! Definitely wouldn't recommend eating at this location.
