  This place will make you late for your appointments every time. Slowest sonic I’ve been to and unfortunately this one is in a fairly convenient location for us. Mobile ordering ahead doesn’t seem to make a difference either. Expect a 30 minute wait minimum.

  Placed an order around 3pm on 3/3/26 to get some sodas - we'd submitted it via the mobile app with a pickup because we were pressed for time. We arrived at ~3:15pm and checked in with the app but the screen never responded as though we had checked in. At about 3:20 we went ahead and pushed the button, and it sat and blinked for about 5 minutes. I started to move to head to the drive-through, but the light came on and the gentleman asked for us to hold on. We waited about 5-10 more minutes and never heard back from him. We then headed to the drive-through, and when we got to the window we waited another 10 minutes before they opened the windows. Once they finally opened it I indicated the name of the mobile order, and I had to repeat it 4 times and spell out the name (and it's not a complicated name I gave) and he still didn't even seem to understand. I always try to think the best of most people, but if I didn't know any better I'm pretty sure he was high. We finally got our drink at about 3:45pm. I know other reviews have mentioned this one going down hill, and even my wife said her last couple visits were OK, but I'm done going to this location if even two *order ahead* drinks can't be completed in <30 minutes.

  Great service and friendly staff. The half priced drinks and $1 corn dogs are an excellent value for an afternoon snack.

  Seemed like they were under staffed so the wait time was extremely long. The person who took my order was friendly and very apologetic for the wait time.

  This place used to be pretty good. Not so much now. We wanted to eat outside and had to ask for them to clean a table and they kinda did. Mind you this is before a rush they don't get and plenty of staff to clean. The rest were gross. The ground had gross stuff all over it. Super unsanitary. The food didn't take too long but I had to ask for extra Ketchup 3 different times. They walked out 2 or 3 packets each time. Table of 4, 4 meals..... and attitude about it each time. I doubt we will be back.
