  Today is the 4th time in the last week that I've been by this location the intent of purchasing a breakfast burrito with a side of tots, and today is the fourth time in the last week that I have left disappointed. I've tried 3 different drive-up stalls and today I tried out the drive-thru, and all four times there was too much difficulty to place one order. Now, in an effort to be fair my rule is if there's any difficulty surrounding my food I immediately abort and move on somewhere else because I don't trust people to not tamper with my food anytime there's any kind of difficulty. I have been to hundreds of sonics across the country, and this one seems to have a constant repeat problem of screwing up this very simple system, apparently because they can't hear me or other customers.

  Horrible experiences the past two times; I would give it 0 stars if I could. I suppose there is a new owner, and when I attempted to pay, I used my Amex card. Apparently they don't accept it…. So after handing me the food, they told me I could go to the bank to get money and get the food back… dumb… luckily I had another form of payment. This is the last straw… I will Purposely go out of my way to another Sonic if needed and avoid this place…

  I got my coke for free cause I had to wait a couple minutes for the customers ahead of me, which really wasn't that long but Thanks Sonic!
