  We have been trying to only eat out once a week, we chose to do pizza one night in ordered from Pizza Hut. I’m so upset that we wasted money here. My husband got there and had to wait 20 extra minutes for the pizza because they were behind on orders due to the storm, they said. That did not even bother me very much, the thing that bothered me is that my pizza was so overdone I could not even eat the crust. I’m so upset. We wasted our money here.

  I ordered delivery so I can't reply on atmosphere but everything else was fantastic...

  This place is the WORST. I had troubles my last order, sent an email. They responded and told me the store manager would contact me. NEVER DID. Also my "delivery driver" refused to give me my $9 change and kept for his tip. They use door dash to deliver your horrible pizza, charge uban arm and a leg for it. Then the guy keeps your money, ridiculousness!!!!!!

  Man pizza hut has really gone downhill. I just ordered a large hand tossed pizza with garlic butter crust. The pizza that arrived was more like a medium, and nearly 3 inches of crust all around. It was thin and barely any cheese, and the crust looked like plain crust. Huge let down. I should have heeded the reviews. What the heck happened to pizza hut?
