- TJT J6 days ago1.0First time here. Avoid this locations drive-thru/pick up. Got a text saying order was ready. Roll up and they tell me 3-5 min wait for my protein. Why tell me its ready? We circled and it was ready next time. Get home (3 min away) the fresh protein they made me was ice cold, as was the other meal my spouse ordered. THEN, not a single GD napkin. $30 worth of food, ice cold. No napkins. THEN, I called the store #, and their ai system said "Well, did you order fromthe wrong store, maybe thats what caused your issues" then hung up.

Then there's the hard rice and the fact that all of our meals were so hot flavored we could barely eat them. Huge waste of money

The burrito wasn't even worth the health violations. The deeper you go the worse it gets, uncooked beans,and stake that's all brissle. Very unimpressed, and wildly disgusted and shall not be coming back. 0/10 I don't recommend, unless u want food poisoning.

What made it worse was watching the manager stand around “bagging food” while the line barely moved. At one point the cashier was literally just standing there because food was coming out so slowly. Then they ran out of tortillas, and instead of the manager stepping in to help, she pulled one of the line workers away to go to the back, slowing everything down even more. You’d think the manager would be more on top of things considering how much time she spent standing around. They had also been out of steak for a while. When I finally got to order and asked if more steak was coming, the manager acted annoyed and told me in a rude tone to “wait or get something else.” The employees working the line honestly seemed to be trying their best, but the management and organization were terrible. Hands down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had.
