Horsing around, lots of inside jokes and the place is a mess from the dining area to the checkout counter and absolutely horrendous in the kitchen....rice and salsas every where! Hopefully management sees this and holds some cleanliness training.

This store is skimping on their portions and missing stuff in their orders. We will be going to Burrito Grando that’s right around the corner from now on. Bahbye Chipotle.

- ALAdam LisiSep 26, 20262.0My pregnant wife and I got there at 10:45 on 9/25. The door was locked. We waited for 5 minutes in the sun before we realized the small side door was open. While we were ordering our food my wife politely informed the cashier that the front door was still locked. The cashier responded "yeah, we saw you standing there." It was another 10 minutes before the door was unlocked. There were 5-6 employees working at this time. The food was good though.

The food prep station was filthy and When I finally made it to the cashier I was not greeted and an employee issue took precedent. I was not even asked to wait a minute. I just stood there for a few minutes while being completely ignored. I finally got checked out and sat off in the corner and no sooner had I sat down and began to eat an employee came over and started sweeping around me. No greeting, just impatiently sweeping the floor around me. The entire atmosphere was incredibly rude and no customer service what so ever. It took me nearly 45 minutes to get food and I felt so rushed with the sweeping I barely ate any of my meal.
