- MPMonica Perez3 days ago1.0WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!! SOO BAD. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! If we could give this Chipotle 0 stars, we absolutely would. We’ve never been to such a poorly run location and would strongly recommend avoiding it. If you don’t want to spend 30 minutes to an hour standing around waiting for your food, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There was absolutely no organization, very little communication from the staff, and customers were left waiting around with no idea what was going on. On top of that, the restaurant was extremely dirty, with food all over the counters and floors. The overall cleanliness and quality were completely unacceptable. We just moved to the area and love Chipotle, so we were hoping this would become our go-to location. Unfortunately, after this experience, we won’t be coming back. This location seriously needs better management and attention.

Got home and the order was completely wrong. The bowl was very cold too. Edit: contacted Chipotle customer service and they offered me a free bowl and a free extra side of chicken.

Get food, and they are out of bags, don’t have drink holders, and apparently can’t operate a register. I like Chipoltle, but this location has to be the worst one, especially if you are in a hurry. This definitely reflects poorly on management and training.
