For a Safeway in Evergreen, I expected much better, but the entire store felt run-down, dirty, and poorly maintained. The floors, fixtures, and overall condition of the store looked extremely outdated and unclean. It honestly felt like the kind of place where you’d worry about catching an infection just walking through. The staff also were not very friendly, which made the experience even worse. Overall, this store was gross and disappointing, and I definitely will not be coming back.

Kevin, TJ, and a lovely woman attending self checkout went OVER & ABOVE to provide exemplary customer service. However, the cart person, with the pink, magenta hair was rude and distracted. I observed another elderly gentleman kindlyvrequest a cart (as this person was pushing them into dock right in front of him) and not only was he ignored, but grunted at in a disrespectful way, abruptly with a back turned to him. This is not how clientele nor other humans should ever be treated, and this person was apparently never taught the golden rule.

Doesn’t even acknowledge me when she’s checking me out at the cashiers station. I find that completely disrespectful. If you have a job that interacts with people you should at least say hi are you doing? Or something like that or even have a nice day or acknowledge the customer that says it to you don’t just stare at him.
