  Absolutely a disgrace! Wanted a large roast beef/ cheese with everything but tomato -- only to get 1 half slice cheese, no toppings at all!! No mayonnaise/ mustard -- dry as hell-- absolutely the bare minimum on the only two items I did get-- the old saying " one and done" sure applies to this place-- totally disgusting, totally a rip off of hard earned money--- shame on you-- update edit on 062826/as you will read, some member of this store replied to my major concern with a very gernaric reply- made absolutely no attempt to earn my business back!! Nothing/ nada/ zero--- if that doesn't stir you away from this discrass, nothing will

  Nine out of 10 times, whenever I ask for extras like pickles or hots added to the sandwich, I’m always disappointed when it never gets added. This has been happening for years. I’m done tipping before a product is delivered, at any food business, and this Jimmy John’s location is the reason why.

  I ordered a wheat sandwich and a pickle. The bread on the sandwich was the end pieces of the bread and they couldn’t even cut it properly. The pickle was mushy and discolored. The service was rude. Don’t come here. Usually love Jimmy John’s every where else.

  This is our favorite spot for lunch when we have to drive to Evergreen every week. The staff are always very friendly and make delicious, fast sandwiches for us.
