  This Sonic is the worst do not go. Every time I go it’s absolutely terrible service. I waited over 25 mins for two ice creams still never showed up. (Majority of the time their ice creams machine is broken!) So I Proceeded to drive up to the drive thru window waited another 10 mins there asked for a refund and that took another 10mins come to find out I wasn’t even issued my refund on my card. The workers there are always rude and unprofessional mind you they are also nothing but teenagers working there. I will never go there again. I would highly not recommend this place!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Sonic Drive-In today! Stormie provided fantastic customer service—friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit enjoyable. I’ll also say that the service and food were WAY better than some of the reviews on Yelp and Facebook would lead you to believe. My food was fresh, everything was right, and the service was excellent. Stormie definitely deserves some recognition for doing such a great job. I’ll absolutely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Sunday 8/9 545p. Sat behind another vehicle in the drive thru five minutes. She was irritated & did a little beep twice. Only one car in front of her in the drive thru and about half the car spots full. No one answered on the speaker. I passed that car and went to the window to let them know there may be an issue with the speaker. The young brunette, petite, low pony tail, saw me, turned away and didn't acknowledge me for three minutes. We made eye contact when I drove up. I just drove off as did three other cars. They just aren't acknowledging somecustomers. At all. Yikes.

  Probably the worst experience I've had at a sonic ever. Asking for a extra ketchup was an issue for the guy in the window. Obviously didnt want to work or be there. Forgot alot of what we asked for. Was so upset we didn't even think it was worth it to try. Will be recommending to people not to go to that sonic. 5 more minutes of a drive and my family can get treated like normal people.

  I dont know what happened to sonics on 23rd in greeley colorado theyre very disrespectful and I believe i waited 30 min for my slush and it was not even what I ordered so id advise you not to go here!
