  Just went tonight, 1 car ahead of us. Took forever! Got the order completely wrong except the shakes. Called and asked for manager, we don't have one here was the response. Stupid we r not as husband and I combined over 20 years in fast food. Asked again. A Stephanie decided to come on. Asked her how hard was it to make orders correctly because all wrong except shakes. Oh I'm so sorry we are slammed (1 car was ahead of us) and we are training new people. So I advised her the trainers aren't doing a good job training the new people! Oh well can write down your name and you xan either come back now or the next time. Frankly told her that's crap because it has happened before to us and so conveniently there was nothing written down. SHUT DOWN THIS S ONIC OR GET COMPETENT PEOPLE AND FIRE STEPHANIE!

  The food was good and the atmosphere is pleasant, what isn’t good is the drinks. Whatever is being used to dispense this Dr. Pepper severely needs cleaned. This was just bought yesterday and when I was getting ready to throw away the trash, I saw all this stuff floating in it and at the bottom, it’s absolutely disgusting.

  Between 7 and 8pm on 8/30 The children that work here at the window are not professional or work ready. The boy on the microphone was very pushy and impatient. Mind you I was the only car in the drive through at the time. He cut me off twice to say "anything else". When I came around to pay I can clearly see through the open door that he was rushing to get back to his cell phone and the girl at the window. She had 0 focus on work and was enamored with the boy on his phone. The kitchen staff did a great job getting my order out quickly and still delicious. These kids need much better leadership or maybe a couple more years to mature a bit before employment.
