Terrible service, extremely slow, and the food was awful. The employees seem lazy and act like getting an order out in a reasonable amount of time is too much to ask. For a place that serves fast food, you’d think they could at least get the food out quickly and make sure it’s decent. Definitely not worth the wait. Do better, McDonald’s!

Why can't you add Mac sauce to an order...... They remove it from online orders...... 1 more reason to not go to McDonald's

Stopped at this location tonight. WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY! Sodas we WATERED DOWN LIKE A 5 ALARM FIRE WAS PUT OUT IN THE CUPS. THE FRIES WERE COLD LIKE ICICLES HANGING IN THE CAVES OF DOOM. MY SPICY CHICKEN SANDWHICH WAS STILL CLUCKING and THE BUNS DISINTEGRATED LIKE AN AVALANCHE COMING DOWN MOUNT MASSIVE as soon as I touched it. The BIG MAC and QUARTER POUNDER burgers must have been SCORCHED via TORCH BY A MAD SCIENTIST TRYING TO CURE THE MADNESS AT THIS LOCATION! SANITATION IS SICKENING, SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT LIKE OXYGEN ON MARS...... It took everything in me to not drive back there and throw thier food back into thier drive thru window. IF YOU WANT TO PARTY LIKE IT'S 1999, BUT DON'T WANT TO EAT FOOD THAT TASTES LIKE IT WAS MADE IN 1999....DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION! I SAID WHAT I SAID!

The young gentleman working the drive-thru at 6:46pm was absolutely wonderful! My daughter was missing one specific Hello Kitty x Godzilla toy to complete her collection, and he was kind enough to take the time to look around and help us find the one she needed. 🥹❤️It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much to my daughter—and to me. His kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. We truly appreciate his help and the positive experience he gave. We hope he always has smooth shifts, good days, and blessings wherever life takes him! 🙏✨ Thank you for being so kind!
