I can’t not stress this enough, that may have been the best fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life. So juicy, and SO crispy. The frier is fully gluten free and celiac friendly. My fiancée has celiac’s disease and can’t gluten at risk of being sick. This chicken was SO good. Y’all have no idea how hard it is to find good fried food thats gluten free. 10/10 chicken, 10/10 service. We also had the steak frites, which was delicious. Also recommend the Babylon Root Beer!!

Seriously cool place. Loved the atmosphere. The staff were GREAT even though it was a crazy busy night. The chicken tenders were delectable. And our waitress always had great recommendations and the kitchen was really accommodating of any changes or requests we made

We had a wonderful experience on our anniversary weekend for dinner, and then a Sunday brunch, at The Post which was made all the more special by our stellar server, Melissa. Melissa was light-hearted, attentive and steered us toward fantastic dishes (we hope the steak salad special ends up on the menu). We cannot remember a time when we have received better or more enjoyable service than what Melissa provided. We enjoyed our experience and will definitely make a point of dining at The Post next time we are in Estes Park.

An awesome place to eat and drink in Estes park right by the Stanley hotel. Gluten free people will jump for joy by the amount of labeled options you have to choose from. Starting with the Caesar salad. It’s massive and they don’t skimp on dressing or Parmesan cheese which is of utmost importance on a Caesar imo. The chicken tenders which are gluten free were quite delicious. The spicy orange chicken and rice, also gluten free, was delicious and quite spicy. Prices were more than reasonable for the portions. Finally, the service was phenomenal and multiple staff came by to check on us and chat. Just an all out excellent experience. I’m going back tomorrow.

The Post Mountain House in Estes Park has a beautiful rustic design that perfectly matches the mountain town atmosphere—warm, cozy, and full of character. The food was outstanding, especially the fried chicken—crispy on the outside, juicy and full of flavor on the inside. Easily one of the best I’ve had. Their house-brewed beer was also a highlight, especially the strawberry flavor, which was refreshing, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. As visitors from Taiwan, even though English isn’t our first language, we felt very welcomed and well taken care of. Great atmosphere, great food, and great beer—definitely worth a visit.
