    Local who frequently goes here. They are Always drastically behind on making orders, the staff completely changes over every 3 to 4 months, and the stress is palpable. You could cut it with a knife. After waiting for 45 min for my online order (in person) I left because the staff were fighting and the 25 people in the restaurant were incredibly uncomfortable. Sorry for the staff and the customers. Whatever is going on here is at the owner or upper management level.

    The food is as expected, it's Jimmy John's, however, they for some reason lock their doors 15 minutes early at 8:45 despite having online orders placed and ready for pickup, which left me waving my hands and knocking loudly on their door and drive thru window trying to get their attention to get my food while all workers were doing other things and had earbuds in, not looking up.

    We ordered online to pickup at the drive thru. I got the toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich no onions. My sister got the same with onions and peppers. 2 cups of cucumbers and a pickle. They put onions and peppers on both and only gave us 1 cup of cucumbers. We could see them working on it. They got it all wrapped and ready to go then had some kind of problem maybe with finding a better container for the ranch we ordered to go with the cucumbers. We ended up waiting at least 15 minutes with our food sitting there. Naturally when we got to eat both sandwiches were a disgusting soggy mess. They were probably really good when they were fresh but we wouldn’t know.

    Got the Turkey Tom with bacon and peppers. There was almost no turkey on it. This used to be a solid sandwich, but the portions have gone downhill. Seems like a company-wide shrinkflation problem, not just this store. Waste of money. I won’t be going to Jimmy John’s again.

    Food and service good but double charged as cashier added a tip amount the same as the sandwich charge.
