    I came into Jimmy John’s in Estes Park shortly after they opened at 11 a.m., and the restaurant was very dirty. The employee who took my order and made my BLT appeared unkempt and unprofessional, and the bacon on my sandwich was ice cold. When I asked for the manager, I was told the only option was to toast the sandwich, which I didn’t want. The employee then repeatedly spoke over the manager, and the two were arguing in front of me. I threw my sandwich and drink away and left. Cleanliness, professional appearance, food quality, and basic customer service should be non-negotiable in food service. I sincerely hope the owner sees this and addresses these issues with the staff. They did not even offer me a refund. After they became aggressive, they said they’re not responsible for my unhappiness. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location. I do not like leaving bad Google reviews. However, as a business owner myself, I would absolutely want to know if this were happening in my business.

    4 out of 5 sandwiches were wrong. Waited 25 minutes to get them. Now sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for them to remake them. They are not even busy! Never again !

    Just spent $50 on sandwiches and not only did it take an hour to get here, nothing is correct. My sandwich is a basic sandwich with none of the ingredients I asked for. Tired of this place. I’m a local and there isn’t enough delivery up here so kinda forced to eat here sometimes. No longer.

    My husband and I visited Estes Park and were immediately stunned by how overcrowded this town is. Navigating it is a genuine headache. We stopped at Jimmy John’s for a quick bite before heading back to base. The purple-haired young woman behind the counter made it clear she resented us interrupting her phone time. We were the only customers in the entire place, yet she still rolled her eyes like we were a major inconvenience. Don’t take too long ordering—she has far more important text messages to answer, not to mention Instagram and TikTok. Those clearly take priority over actual customers. As a woman, it’s disappointing to watch another woman behave this way at work. It’s perfectly acceptable to fire people who refuse to share your work culture. As a business owner myself, I can only wish I had this owner’s extra money. He had four men and one woman just standing around with nobody else in the store but us. You have cameras in your store—she should be monitored. We cannot hold people accountable or teach them if this is allowed to continue. Hard workers are hard to find, so maybe that’s the excuse. Still, it’s pathetic watching real customer service disappear while cell phones run the show.
