  Asked for Coke Zero, got Sprite Zero. Asked for correct drink and still got regular coke so wrong. Mozerella not melted in cheese sticks. Fries bad quality and oily. Forgot sauces we ordered as well

  Just had the best Oreo shake of my entire life. Just saw this young man, Diego, absolutely hold it DOWN all by himself this Wednesday evening. We got to bear witness to exceptional service while he simultaneously prepared the order of the car in front of us. Huge shoutout to Diego. There’s art and there’s what I saw at this Sonic tonight.

  Bad service, I was the second car at that time, place not busy. The guy was very rude, not having a good morning apparently, I had to repeat my simple question of " does the breakfast burrito have any sauce" , keep in mind sauce and sal"T" do NOT sound the same. I had to ask in different ways like 4 times, and the guy proceeded to spell the word out to me and still heard "salt", and said no the burrito has not salt. I don't know if they just have a crappy sound system,but again the words do not sound the same at all and it was being pronounced correctly, until I finally had to say "salsa" just in case he understood Spanish better. I threw away the burrito, because when he brought out he was very rude again, no good customer service what so ever, so I didn't feel comfortable eating it. Just got my receipt at least for tax purposes. Please teach your employees customer service, specially if the system is faulty, or they are at fault for not understanding in the first place.

  Their food is unreasonably expensive foe the portions you receive but the service I received was top notch!

  As a recent immigrant, all I have to say is USA USA USA! Great all around American food. My new favorite fast food. Been there twice just in the past 2 days. Had it for my birthday yesterday. Great selection of sauces. The pretzel is awesome! Order on the app for more deals.
