It's a huge supermarket. They do have lots of organic food, which is important to us, but they don't seem to have some items, like tomato sauce, as an organic option. If it was there, they should have better signage. We are visitors just doin' our best to find healthy food. The staff members are very nice.

The 5 stars are not for the store but for one individual employee in the deli, Judson. I hope this review gets to the right people, the ones that care enough to make sure he is recognized for his above and beyond attitude, making sure that I left happy and with what I needed. He even went so far as to apologize on behalf of another employee that walked by me twice without acknowledging me. When I asked her for help she simply said “he can help you”. Needless to say, she was the manager on duty. This dismissal was witnessed by others and, quite frankly, the rudest interaction I’ve had in any of your stores. I’m not sure if Judson heard it himself, but I made sure to mention it to him. And again, he took it upon himself to apologize for her behavior. He then proceeded to make sure I got what I needed, made a few (awesome) recommendations and even cracked a few jokes to lighten the mood. Another customer nearby informed me that Judson is always great with customers, and that he’s the only one that cares about customer service when it’s so clear that others in that department do not. This store needs to have a serious overhaul when it comes to the deli department management and learn to take notes from someone who knows how to put guests first, and behaves in a way that makes one feel valued as a guest.
