- MMMor3 days ago2.0I've never waited LESS than 15 minutes in the drive through line at this location and have had the broistas skip my for their friends in cars behind me more than once. Slow, rude, unprofessional, inconsistent, and overpriced.

- RSRhonda SMay 11, 20261.0Will not visit again! I’ll go back to the Hwy 7 location. There were 2 lines going and I chose the outside lane. Quickly I realized I had made the wrong decision. The outside order taker was taking 2 car orders on the inside lane vs 1 order on the outside. I watched him take orders from the 2 cars that came in after me. 15 minutes later I finally reached the bend and freedom! The car on the inside was angry at me because they thought I was going in front of them. I wasn’t because my order wasn’t even taken, so I left!

I didn’t say anything in the moment cause it’s $3 but seriously who adds their own tip just rude. Definitely not going back to this location cause I’ve never had an employee do this before. Rushed drinks and they taste like nothing.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
