I always order ahead , however, had to leave a review because after several times trying this, the wait is always over 30 minutes….for a coffee

The service here is always so great. But the drinks are SO hit or miss. I was never a fan of Dutch because of this reason, but was give some gift cards. I came today, ordered a customized golden eagle and it was actually SO delicious. it was a long day at work so I ended up going again on my lunch, same day, ordered the same drink and it literally tasted like milk. Nothing else. It was even made by the same person. I remember why I don’t like Dutch bros, :(

We were in line and someone tried to cut in front of everyone and the gal outside went to their car to get their order and we told them she was cutting in line and the gal taking orders said that she works there so she could cut in line. We said no and kept going. She finally got in line in her place because nobody would let her cut. We have been to many Dutch Brothers and this has never happened before because the people taking orders know how everyone got there. They tried to tell us it was OK that she cut in line because she works there. That makes it even worse! Not a Dutch Brothers we will ever be going to again!

Came here after working a shift in the sun the staff was able to help me with trying new drinks. Got myself a "Dutch²O" with shark attack flavoring with help from the staff running the drive lane. Great crew here
