- EEeivilcowMay 28, 20264.0This pizza hut does a solid job. They get the pizzas out fast and deliver quickly. Where they struggle is with the sauce cups. I have no idea why but every single time I order for delivery they get the sauce cups wrong. Whether they're completely forgotten, the wrong number are delivered or the wrong sauces are delivered. There is 100% always a problem with the sauces. Most recently I ordered some of the new slice sauce, and instead of that they gave me icing. It's really disappointing for that to get messed up so much given you have to pay for the sauces. I'd recommend having the drivers keep a stock of sauce cups in their cars so that they can fix the issues when they happen (again it's literally every time I order)

Ask for extra sauce on the app on both pizzas neither had extra sauce ask for extra cheese neither had extra cheese just an incredible let down. We order probably way too much pizza and we probably won't be ordering Domino's for quite some time very very disappointed.

My husband has also mentioned seeing someone vape inside this location previously. Vaping inside a food establishment is concerning from a hygiene and professionalism standpoint. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures a clean and safe environment for customers.

While he was entering the order, I noticed that his hands were dirty, with long fingernails and visible dirt underneath, and his long hair was not covered by a hat. After finishing the order, he went directly to prepare the pizza without washing his hands, despite having used the computer and handled cash. He also did not wear gloves. This was very concerning. Please pay more attention to employee hygiene standards at this location.
