- JMJackie M2 days ago1.0Placed online order and received confirmation. Used the tracker app to track order. States left store at 1234 by driver Harley. I noted her location was set to San Francisco but confirmed correctly ordered per confirmation email. App showed pizza delivered at 1:04 but no pizza and no person at front door on camera. Called store and manager Alec k. Very rude. Said it was delivered so he could refund or try again but it would be awhile. When asked for any sort of restitution he refused and said his driver delivered it. Asked to escalate to management. Alec k stated he was the manager and he wouldn’t do anything further to help. Alec said he pulled the picture of the house up on google maps and said driver said correct house and that it was delivered at 1230 which was before driver even left store. Accused me of lying or someone else taking the pizza since the order said to not knock but just leave at door. Alec stated I may not know my address. Offered no restitution or apology. Alec then gave wrong number to file a complaint. Don’t use if you actually want to get a pizza. Update: pizza delivered to wrong address. When I called back, Alec k stated he now wasn’t the manger. Whoever actually is the manager or owns that franchise needs to provide training for their employees who are lying and trying to scam customers.

To be honest I never complained not even once as their service is great. But they just lost a great customer who spent over $45.00 plus on pizza.

My instructions seemed simple enough, "Text ***-***-****", that's it. Nothing. No knock, no text, no call and the website didn't update until I assume they got back to the store. Ridiculously disrespectful. If this wasn't a chain, I wouldn't come back.

I had an online order delivered to my door it was a single pizza and a big soda.I'm sick with two kids and I don't feel like cooking tonight. The box looks like it was intentionally stepped on and half of the pizza is stuck to the lid. I am not the type of person to accuse somebody of doing something like this on purpose. But the fact that their boxes are more sturdy than they used to be as well as the quality of the damage I have to assume This was done on purpose. I called the manager.He handled it appropriately, stated that he can give me a full refund and have a conversation with the driver.
