Today, unfortunately, I had the worst experience with Kim in the meat department. After looking at me and walking away several times, I had to say "Hello" to get acknowledged. She then accused me of being rude by being on my phone (I was talking with my family about what options they wanted from her department) and was waiting for me to get off the phone because it was clearly a VERY important phone call. I relayed that I was waiting for her to let me know she wasnt busy so I could ask my questions. She said "she was tried of dealing with grouchy people all day and just wanted to go home". I also wanted to just go home and wasnt expecting to be treated that way when all I wanted was to get what I needed. She kept arguing how rude I was and when I let her know I would speak with the manager about our interaction she literally said "I dont actually care". There was a lot more to this but dont want to write a novel. Very disappointing.

- FFFabiMay 25, 20261.0Don’t recommend if your Hispanic. The lady in self checkout was rude to my mom while she was asking for help multiple times. She had to face time me so I could help her. Your getting paid to stand and watch people and you can’t help a customer?????? 5/25 @6:10pm. Check on your workers please because that behavior is not okay. What a way to humiliate someone. Not everyone understands how to use the s*pid self checkouts. She normally pays with cashiers but there was none today because of Memorial Day.
