  Respectfully, I just had a mind boggling experience picking up my pizza and was ready to lose it During a pickup situation it appeared my order got doubled when ordering through the app. I told them I was only paying for what I ordered and tried showing her the receipt. She kept saying they had nothing to do with the app and don't have order numbers, they have orders by names. I literally kept trying to show her my email confirmation with what I ordered but she just kept asking who was gonna pay for the second order. I literally said pizza hut and she tried telling me she wasn't gonna pay for it LOL. NO not you PIZZA HUT. I then explained how there was obviously a technical glitch or something when I ordered because my confirmation showed the correct order and quantity of items (that she refused to look at). I then tried to explain to her that there is probably a corporate number she can call and get it sorted out. She was confused and kept saying she wasn't gonna pay for the duplicate order and I kept trying to tell her that it wasn't my fault, it wasn't her fault, it was clearly the apps fault and that pizza hut should pay for it. She once again proclaimed that she wasn't paying for it. LIKE OMG YOU ARE NOT PIZZA HUT we are two people trying to figure it out. Call corporate. Now imagine all of that taking place over the span of 10 minutes. Good lord please train your employees on the app or something. I was honestly pretty frustrated but now it's just funny 🤣. WHO IS PIZZA HUT? You are not pizza hut. You work for pizza hut. Call corporate and tell them their app messed up and get it sorted out. I (THE CUSTOMER) am not paying for the duplicate order. EDIT: I was pretty hangry when I wrote this. I have no idea what that worker was going thru that night and I kinda feel bad now. The food was actually really good when I ate it so bumping up the Stars. Big take away 1. PIZZA HUT you better not be taking money away from your employees when there a mishaps with food 2. QA your app

  Absolute disaster. Avoid this place at all costs. This was hands down the most disgusting, repulsive pizza I have ever encountered. It took an hour and a half just to arrive, and what showed up was completely inedible. They clearly didn't bother to drain the juice from the pineapple, so the entire pizza was drowning. There was so much pineapple piled on top that the whole thing was literally wet and mushy. ​The crust was so completely soggy that you couldn't even pick up a slice—it just turned to mush and fell apart in your hands. It was vile, waterlogged garbage. I wouldn't even feed this to a dog. I am never, ever ordering from this establishment again. Total waste of time and money. ​You should be good to copy and paste that straight into Google Reviews without worrying about it getting flagged for language!

  There is no dine in, only pick up, the waiting area to pick up is big enough for 2 people, pizza wasn't shown to us after prep. But my hubby enjoyed the wings.

  Ordering was fine, pizza made in a timely manner, and it was pretty good. However I ordered take-out so I went to pick up my own food. When I went to pay, as a courtesy I always try to at least tip 10%. Instead of just accepting it and me going my own way the guy grunts and sarcastically says "wow a whole $1.40". I hate going places where people have bad attitudes so it was my first and last time because I'm not going there again.
