  Placed order WELL in advance, was supposed to be ready between 6:57 and 7:07. Got there at 7:15 and was told it was not started, that deliveries had been prioritized, and that it would be another fifteen minutes. Why would you tell a customer you just have poor time management, I don’t know. Apparently they don’t know how to use a phone to call customers to let them know orders will be at least half an hour later than expected. In addition to this, they apparently don’t know how to update estimated times. I’ve worked pizza and worked pizza short staffed, i’m not an idiot and know when the employees just don’t care.

  This place should just be shut down. I ordered a pizza drinks and paid for extra pepperchinis and seasoning packets. only got pizza no drinks no pepperchinis or seasoning. I called the store and the guy said its door dash and it must have got stolen. I asked to send someone else and he said no it would just get stolen again. I asked so the best course is just to not order from you anymore then if my stuff is just going to be stolen and he said "ya". I called the door dash driver and he said there was no extras and he was driving back to the store to get the drinks and extras for me and drive them back to me. Never been so embarrassed for a store. Def get rid of the employees if anything.
