  This Panera is BUSY! Staff were nice. I wanted to try the Dubai cookie but they were out. I will have to try next time. All Paneras are expensive. Good food costs money, especially here in Colorado where restaurants go out of business all the time due to high minimum wage and high food costs.

  Waited twenty minutes for two sandwiches at 7:50 am and we were the ONLY customers. The bagels were chewy and tasted store bought. My ham, egg and cheese bagel had no ham and an ice cold egg that tasted a day old (And like a fridge). The slice of cheese was so thin that at first I didn't think it had any on it. My husbands BLT was mostly lettuce. The amount of bacon looked like one slice snapped in half. The tomato was sliced so thin you could see through it. We threw both away after eating less than half. The woman who prepared them was on her cell the whole time (earbud). We'd already been waiting a good ten minutes before she let us know they only had one plain bagel left (at 7:50 am!?!??!) and asked what we'd like to sub. She hadn't even started on them yet. Will never be back and cant believe we paid $26 for food we couldn't gag down. I tried to eat just the bagel but had to spit it out because it had soaked up the taste of the egg.

  Ridiculously long wait, was told it would take 5 minutes, ended up waiting 20, an when I finally got the order they didn't even apologize for the wait or thank me for being patient.

  Love the new $4.99 ea, sandwiches, soups and salads. I really like the staff at this location, they are always friendly and helpful.

  Very expensive way way to much almost 15 dollars for like literally a cup of mack n cheese smh
