- MWMaya WheelerMay 8, 20261.0While we were dining, baby spiders were coming out of the light fixture directly above our table. We also noticed flying bugs inside two other ceiling lights and near another table in the restaurant. When we brought the issue to the manager’s attention, instead of addressing the concern professionally or comping one of the meals that was not eaten because of the situation, the manager suggested that we were lying and only offered 10% off the bill. The response made us feel dismissed and uncomfortable. The condition of the restaurant and the way the concern was handled negatively impacted our dining experience and left us disappointed with the customer service.

Drink was never empty, checked how the food was, great conversation, and genuine concern that everything went perfectly. They have won me back as a customer. A+ all around.
- CHCatherine HorneApr 24, 20261.0Trashy Outback! Had waiter changed on us after waiting 15 for drinks that never came! Then after this we receive our food. I had the herb crusted chicken which came out with cold sauce and raw lemon and was nasty so the waitress takes it back and trades me for a steak that comes out so dry it was unpleasant to chew. The waitress had the Asian manager come to the table except for an apology she began to excuse her cooks and lecture me. Finally I received the bill after much patience to see no adjustments??? No thanks. Your 20 bucks cost u a tip and a customer good day!
