  Twice in a row my sandwiches were gross. Time to never go to a McDonalds for the rest of my life. A patty and a half with cheese is not what I ordered.

  I hope you know that your employees are yelling at and arguing with your customers. Your food has been bad and overpriced for a long time, but this is a new low. All I did was say "hello?" after a few minutes of sitting at the speaker with no greeting, and pulled up to the window when I couldn't hear the employee clearly. I dont trust the employee who decided it was worth it to yell at customer over something like that to not spit in my food so im not going to eat it. Straight in the trash and im honestly never coming back bc of this. I used to come here almost every workday for lunch. I'll be going to the Culver's across the street for lunch from now on. Also telling the people at my workplace about this. Hire people who dont crash out at customers over having to do their jobs, they drive people away.

  Colton brought a level of hospitality and kindness that is so rare these days, especially in fast food. Food was out quick and hot and yummy! Would recommend

  The apple pie my daughter received could have busted through concrete. No date or time sticker. My son's fries were cold and gross and his cheeseburger was made wrong. The only items that were good were the prepackaged apples and the sprite he poured himself. Also the touch screen on the kiosk is very different to use. You have to hit it several times to make it work.

  I guess my mistake was that I ordered a new promo on the date that McDonalds said it was to launch. I placed an order for two Super Mario Happy Meals. I get my food and drive off not really looking at the happy meal boxes I get to the first light and noticed I was given crocs happy meals. So I did a circle and went right back to the restaurant and told them they gave me the wrong items (crocs happy meal vs what I ordered). They tell me to pull up and what did they do? They did no notion of making the food again with the right items. They basically hand me a toy and want me to leave. I had to show them my receipt to prove that I ordered two toys, let alone get a new box with Mario on it. Horrible service and the management should be fired for allowing their crew to treat customers like this. Make sure to hold up the drive thru line or the main restaurant lines to verify you get the right items because all they want to do is give you wrong items , provide no explanation for their error and then shoo you away for bothering them when the restaurant makes a mistake.
