  I should have checked the reviews before ordering here. Placed an order an hour ago. I've called and keep being told "it's on the way," "driver is heading to your house," "should be there in 5-10 minutes." This location is 10 minutes from my house. It is unacceptable that it take this long and if this is standard practice, it should say it transparently when placing an order. No one wants a sandwich an hour after it's been made.

  Saw this location had bad ratings but have had good experiences with jimmy johns in the past so I gave it a try. Guy in drive thru was so rude and obnoxious I was stunned. Now know why they have bad ratings lol.

  Seems to be happening repeatedly where I come here they get the order wrong. They get the toppings wrong and for whatever reason they seem to be incapable of cutting the sandwich in half despite me asking for it to be done. Really kind of makes me not want to go back here. Already called the customer service number which apparently they take two business days to reach out back to you and resolve the issue

  We love Jimmy John's just not this location. Notice it has more 1 star reviews than anything else.. ive never even seen such a poorly rated food establishment in my life honestly. They need new management or new employees or something.

  Went thru drive thru... Price quoted for my #2 no cheese was less than $10.. was charged $11.28 despite telling them that was more than quoted. Got home with a #4 no lettuce, no tomato with cheese added... Poor service ... Will not go to this store again
