I came home and my order was completely wrong. My husband is allergic to lettuce and it was loaded with lettuce even though It was asked to have it removed. I called and they did not care. This place lacks in customer service and is awful.

I've called and keep being told "it's on the way," "driver is heading to your house," "should be there in 5-10 minutes." This location is 10 minutes from my house. It is unacceptable that it take this long and if this is standard practice, it should say it transparently when placing an order. No one wants a sandwich an hour after it's been made.
