  Came by last week and the restaurant was closed over 30 minutes before closing time. No note on door and no updated google. Wasted my time. Will not come here or recommend to anyone.

  The staff are the rudest I've encountered in any place ever. The lady was doing dishes and when I showed up she seemed like my presence was the worst thing that could happen to her, even though I was the only person in the store (and clearly the only person in a while). Besides her today, the other times I come in there's an extremely rude guy who, again, seems to hate everyone who comes in. This is genuinely awful service, and I would never come here if it wasn't the closest one to me.

  3rd time I have had a bad experience with this location. I should have taken a picture but I was to upset about the service and quality that I spaced it. They hardly put any meat on sandwiches then when you mention it they are disrespectful and don't offer any solutions. I especially had a bad experience with Ricky on 06/04 around noon. I will be avoiding this location especially and maybe Jimmy John's as a whole after this experience.

  I ordered delivery and while it arrived quickly and the driver was friendly, the food was disappointing. I specifically ordered my sandwich on wheat bread because I have gestational diabetes and need to be mindful of my carb choices, but it arrived on plain white bread instead. The receipt clearly shows wheat was ordered. I also ordered the Greek Cucumber Salad, but it was just a few pickle slices in a creamy white sauce, which was not what I expected from a "Greek" salad. For nearly $30 after delivery fees and tip, I expected the order to be made correctly. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from this location again 😒

  Stopped in on Friday afternoon May 29th for what I hoped to be a quick lunch break. I placed my order at 12:13 pm via the Jimmy John’s app (a single sandwich, chips, and drink combo) and was not given my sandwich until 12:57. 44 minutes of waiting for a Jimmy John’s sandwich. Unreal. They have one guy making the sandwiches and thirty people waiting around for their food. There’s a line out the door. When I asked for an update on my order and mentioned I’d been waiting over 40 minutes, the worker making the sandwiches aggressively asked me “Do you think you can run a line faster than me?”. It’s disappointing seeing that kind of behavior directed at customers in this day and age. The three workers they had in the store were all working their tails off and I feel bad for them (even the one who got aggressive with me) but this seems like a severely understaffed and poorly managed location with a cheapskate owner. I’d look elsewhere if you’re planning on stopping in for a quick lunch break in this area.
