- MKMichele KellSep 18, 20261.0Whoever is the manager at this store should send a ghost customer in here at lunch to observe and make changes. This is the worst Five Guys I have ever been to and does not represent the wonderfull francise. My food sat on the shelve and my number was never called. Once I figured out it was on the shelf the food was cold. The condiments were empty and the store looked dirty. Plenty of other Five Guys to enjoy.
- SKSharleen KakolewskiSep 15, 20265.0Great place. Outdoor seating for my dog
- HEHeather EhmanSep 14, 20265.0Always clean & speedy service. The team always greets each customer in a friendly manner.
- BBBlueblurrieSep 7, 20261.0The guy at the counter had a hard time taking my order and in an effort to save costs, they do not wrap the burger properly so when it was handed to me the fillings spilled into the bag and it was a sloppy mess overall.
- SJSasha JSep 6, 20262.0I am sick to death of ordering cajun fries just to receive normal fries. Out of ketchup. Soda machine spraying a random stream to the side. They don't include as many fries as they did before, either.
Frequently Asked Questions About Five Guys
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.
You can read more about the story of Five Guys at www.FiveGuys.com!
How many restaurants does Five Guys have?
As of January 2026, we have more than 1,900 locations in over 24 countries!
Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
