  I have always been a big fan of fire bowl cafe but I LOVE the new dine-in concept too! Mike took care of us and did an amazing job! Cant wait to come back next time :)

  Unfortunately, this place has really gone downhill lately. My husband and I used to come here a couple times a month and the food was great; not to mention it was quick and affordable. They have literally raised their prices 3x and I get that rising costs are everywhere, but the food should mirror the price. The food has gone downhill tremendously. We ordered two chicken bowls and there was hardly any chicken, they were all fried rice and the fried rice is SO bland, it tastes like watered down brown rice. You used to be able to go in and order food and then go up to the counter and grab it and could be in and out in 20-30 minutes. Now they have servers but the service is terrible. We never got refills on our drinks and ended up going up to the fountain machine and refilling them ourselves, so what's the point of having a server, then? Also, right after ordering our food, the server asked if we would like to cash out... huh? What if we want something else? Aren't you supposed to come back and check on us? Really confusing changes made and can't say we will be back anytime soon. I'm willing to give this one more shot but with rising costs, I expect decent food and great service, not food that is bland and terrible service.

  Popped in today for lunch and this was our first time eating at the Firebowl Cafe. Food was fast and flavorful, and staff was friendly and accommodating. We were fortunate to have Sean take care of us and he was amazing and attentive! Will definitely come again- 10/10 recommend!

  This is a really god lunch spot for the DTC crew! They’re quick, it’s delicious, portion sizes are good. They’re recently redid their sitting area to be more of a restaurant where they take your order and bring the food to you vs you ordering at the counter and then they bring it out. It was fine and I’ll get used to it. Our server Mike, was very nice and very attentive, maybe a little too attentive, but he’s young and will learn to “read the table”. With the new structure sitting area is very open and clean!

  The menu has changed with more options; however, the coconut soup is not the same and will not get it again as it’s watery, not creamy. We waited for 40 minutes for our food with our little one who was very hungry, and there wasn’t a lot of guests there. The turn around time use to be super fast, so maybe it was an off day 🤷‍♀️. The staff was apologetic, but it would have been nice to know why we had to wait so long. The entrees were good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The noise level was wonderful, not loud. The tables have a unique design. It’s neat to see how they’re trying to make changes after COVID. Looking forward to having the previous recipe return for the coconut soup 😂. I liked the pineapple stir-fry with chicken today 😎👍🏻.
