  Food was great. Based on other reviews it seems like they want to switch to a dine in restaurant, but they aren’t really there yet. We walked in, looked at the menu screens, then went to the counter to order, then a server came out and said they would seat us. We got drinks from a different server, but we’re also told the drinks were at the font as the soda machine is accessible near the front counter, but then they brought our drinks and we ordered with the original person who seated us and waited slightly longer than I would have expected our food. When it came time to pay, neither server ever came back and we ended up having to go to the front counter to pay. Very confusing overall but very good food.

  Mike is an excellent server! He explained the new set up of how Fire Bowl is changing to a full service dine in restaurant with a take out option and new items offered that are not on the menu. He also noticed it was very sunny in the dining room and put the shades down before it became blinding and without being prompted by anyone. I usually get the hot and sour soup and an appetizer, which are always delicious, but today I had the Pad Thai with chicken, it was good but I expected a little more spice. Next time I'll be sure to add hot sauce. I look forward to coming back and trying more menu items soon!

  This is My Top Spot for Great Food and Freshly Made to Order Dishes. The server's were unexpected but definitely a nice touch. Kevin was friendly and did a excellent job and Mike was also friendly and helpful. *Updated Originally I had given Fire Bowl 5 Stars Across the Board. Until looking at my receipt and 50 bucks for two bolws and some wontons is a bit absurd. While I love the place and the energy the pricing is not helping them grow the business. I asked about franchise opportunities because if you address pricing and switch elevated service for dinner it might go over better. However the Day 1 customers want the old way and as a business you want to grow so I understand it. Who do I talk to about franchise opportunities..? Food 5 Service 5 Atmosphere 4

  Mike was a top tier server. He had a certain charm about him that he utilized to ensure that my sister and I were treated with respect, dignity, and serviced to best standard possible. Additionally, my sister and I really enjoyed the quality of the napkins. We were able to take some home to clean up a spill our dog had made previously in the day. Lastly, the food was great quality and we were able to take some leftovers home due to the large portions!

  This was my first time trying this place and I will not be back. As I walked in I only saw 1 couple sitting in the back. I had already looked at the menu before I walked up to the counter so I was ready to order. All I wanted was a bowl. The man said that he would seat me and the sever would come and take my order. Seriously why couldn't I just ordered at the register? The waiter took my order brought my bowl and then prompted me for a 20% tip when cashing out which I paid reluctantly the food was horrible the drunken noodles had a weird taste and was not spicy at all. I did not enjoy the bowl nor did I finish it. It was also almost $25 with tip.
