  Came in early. Placed order. Paid. After 15 people coming in and getting their order before us we went up and checked. They were clueless about our order. When they finally did make it they were short one sandwich. I would have given them negative numbers if I could.

  Got my all nightwr the egg was literally green, two avocado toast, the avocado was like rubber not ready to be eaten yet, one had the seasoning the other jsut rubber avocado, they were not busy the girl cooking was literally just standing back there … I paid cash .. I’m at the hospital with my father in law who had a stroke and family wanted food and coffee so won’t be making it back to get a refund and show them the food they close at 2pm but just jnow video and photo of food will be online and sent to the city people cause yall are going to get people sick!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and a waste of 40$

  Waited 5 minutes for somebody to take my order with nobody in front of us in line, 3 employees begging the counter and two other customers in store waiting for their order.

  This will be my final review, I am no longer wanting to be a customer. I mean, how hard is it to follow basic instructions? Third location in the past month to get it wrong. Bagel, toasted with butter and a large cold brew coffee with no creamer and no ice. Bagel? Not toasted, cold brew? It was warm coffee with no caramel. I see no attempt to improve, I shouldn’t have to complain to see a change and basic instructions shouldn’t be hard to follow. I guess they only hire inept workers. Don’t waste your money, I’m done wasting mine.
