  I dealt with the rudest employee at this location today he was a white young-guy, clearly , does not like serving people of color apparently. He tried to hand me all my drinks with all the tops off so that they would literally all fall in my lap -in my car. I gave the drinks back to him and requested that he put the tops on properly and he got an attitude!!!! Big mad and said something under his breath. I will never spend my money here again.

  Chick-fil-A my personal go-to for what I deem one of the best breakfasts you can get. I had the pleasure of walking into a clean lively restaurant thriving with life. Was promptly greeted with the warm welcome. Presented my order first words out of my mouth make sure everything is fresh and I will be dining in take your time. Order the signature breakfast I often get with Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit sandwich with colby jack and pickle combo this time orange juice fresh out hash brown. Because I'm on this side of town helping a good client I ordered an additional fresh out 12 count nuggets. I went to use the restroom enter my surprise when I came back food was on my table. I don't know any fresh chicken that can be cooked within 2 minutes and it turns out I was right the order was a blunder. I promptly returned the Full order. Again requested fresh out the fryer like I emphasize the first time and repeat it again "take your time". I don't like holding people's hands to do their job. They returned my order a chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets hash browns absent. Gentlemen promptly turn around and grabbed another sitting out hash brown. And presented the food. The chicken sandwich what's so-so not steaming hot as requested. Nuggets fell to meet the mark along with the hash browns which was obvious. I came back up and explained about the issue with the nuggets still and another representative that I did not deal with chimed in about the value of the food. Not once in 30 plus years have I seen food pay an employee's salary, But I have seen a customer pay my way till this day. The representative was respectful and even respectfully declined. However, my $18 spent on this order did not falter or compromise to be any different than what was asked. Let's turn what was to be a eventful day into a trifling morning. Customer has a discrepancy with the food it should be solved. If you're unskilled unable to prepare the food as such should ask further questions. Disappointed with the outcome. however; I was pleased with the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the store.

  I don’t know what it is about this location, but my order is messed up like every other time I go. It’s starting to get pretty annoying. Whether it be a missing sandwich, or adding potatoes to the breakfast burritos- it’s always something that involves me either having to go back, or dissecting my food to pull stuff out I requested to not be included.

  Got lemonade from this place and the lid wasnt secure at all. Picked up the cup and lemonade goes everywhere in my car. Called the manager and she basically told me to screw myself and hung up on me. Never coming back to this location.
