They aren't open their posted times and when you get to the window, obviously still open and serving customers, the kid working will give you a bogus excuse that the drive up speaker is malfunctioning hahaha. Typical modern mentality, anything to get out of work. I will keep my business with the river point location, never once had an issue there.

The outdoor tables and chairs were super dirty. No paper towels in the bathroom so I let the manager know. When he asked the girls at the front counter to refill the paper towels, they said they didn’t know how to do it. So he said ok and didn’t get done while we were there. The employees were also making fun of management and staff but in Spanish. I am Spanish so I understood what they were saying. Too bad this location doesn’t meet Chick fil A standards.
