    I have never been to a fast food restaurant where you order and pay for food and the won't give you a free water. Mostly Just disappointed in sonic as a company

    Been sitting in the drive through for almost 20mins now cause they didn’t know people were in the drive through after 5 cars piled up they finally noticed. Still sitting in the drive through as I’m typing this.

    You sent out a stone cold, melted order over 30 minutes after it was prepared. Unacceptable. If you want to deliver please follow delivery instructions and figure out logistics. Very dissatisfied.
