  Been sitting in the drive through for almost 20mins now cause they didn’t know people were in the drive through after 5 cars piled up they finally noticed. Still sitting in the drive through as I’m typing this.

  You sent out a stone cold, melted order over 30 minutes after it was prepared. Unacceptable. If you want to deliver please follow delivery instructions and figure out logistics. Very dissatisfied.

  I just drove to our local Elizabeth sonic….during a snowy day…picked up my food and my hamburger definitely tasted freezer burnt and when I looked at the meat, it looked old. These should be made fresh everyday but apparently serving old meat is a thing at this location considering a previous review stated the same thing 4 months ago and nothing has been fixed. This tells me the owner doesn’t care about maintaining high standards…just pushing old food to save a buck I guess. I ended up throwing it away it was so nasty.
